§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users and Cookies, as well as other technologies appearing on the website www.woodbox.com.pl

All personal and address data provided by the User at www.woodbox.com.pl will not be shared or resold in any way to third parties.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy, and each User of the site is obliged to know the current privacy policy. The reason for the changes may be the development of internet technology, changes in generally applicable law or the development of the Website. At the bottom of the page is the date of publication of the current Privacy Policy.

"User" - any entity residing on and using the website.

"Website" - the website located at www.woodbox.com.pl

§3 PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of User's personal data is the Administrator.

2. The User voluntarily provides personal data using the forms on the Website, referred to below, for the purposes indicated by the given forms.

Personal data on the Administrator's website may be processed for the following purposes and scope:

  • the performance of a service or contract, or the valuation of a service - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (necessary to conclude or perform a contract) - name, e-mail address, telephone number,
  • issuing an invoice and fulfilling other obligations resulting from legal provisions - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation arising from legal provisions) - company details, tax identification number, address, name and surname,
  • consideration of complaints - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to conclude or perform a contract) - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (necessary to conclude or perform a contract) - name, e-mail address, telephone number, contract or order number,
  • defense against claims - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR (Administrator's legitimate interest) - name, e-mail address, telephone number, contract or order number,
  • creating records required by the GDPR, e.g. a register of persons who objected to data processing - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR (Administrator's legitimate interest) or pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation arising from legal provisions) - name, surname, e-mail address,
  • use of cookies on the site - based on art. 6 clause 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

3. Only data that the user provides will be collected and processed (with the exception of, in some situations, data collected automatically by means of cookies and login data as described below). During a visit to the site, data on the visit itself is automatically collected, e.g. the user's IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. (login details). Automatically collected data can be used to analyze user behaviour on the website, collect demographic data about users or to personalize the content of the website in order to improve it. However, these data are processed only for the purposes of administering the site and ensuring efficient hosting service and are not associated with the data of individual users.

The User agrees to the processing of personal data provided and to receive marketing information by electronic means from the Administrator in order to contact the User or send other marketing information, e.g. about events or online products offered by the Administrator, if he has given the relevant consent for this purpose / or if it falls within the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

The User has at any time the right to access his data, correct them, rectify them, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to request access to data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the authority supervisory board - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (on the principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Act), if he considers that the processing of his data is not in accordance with the applicable law on data protection. He also has the right to be forgotten if further processing is not provided for by current law.

The User's consent may be revoked or withdrawn at any time, which will result in the removal of the email address from the Administrator's mailing list. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the data processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

6. User data may be transferred outside the European Union, to third countries, but only to trusted companies: Google (Google Analitycs service, Google Ads service for displaying ads), Facebook (social plugins, pixel supporting measuring and effectiveness and optimization of ads).

7. The administrator informs that the entities listed in point 6 have their headquarters outside the European Union, and therefore in the light of the provisions of the GDPR are treated as so-called third countries. The administrator ensures that in accordance with the European Commission implementing the decision of 12 July 2016 (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu/eu-us -privacy-shield_pl) in such cases, transfers data only to entities from the United States that joined the Privacy Shield program.

Joining the entities mentioned in point 6 to the Privacy Shield program results from the following issues.

The collected data prevents the identification of a particular person, and more information about the privacy standards of the tool is available at www.google.com/intl/pl/policies/privacy/partners/. In addition, using the link below: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout it is possible to disable the activity measured by Google Analytics.

Facebook (headquarters address: Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) - https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active. The collected data generally prevents the identification of a particular person, and more information about the privacy standards of the tool is available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacyshield.

Thus, the above companies guarantee compliance with standards similar to the Regulation in the field of personal data protection, and the use of their technology by the Administrator in the processing of personal data is lawful.

8. User data will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of individual services.

9. If the User does not provide his personal data, he will not be able to use the materials or services offered by the Administrator as part of the forms on the Website and as part of other services offered by the Administrator.

10. Links to other websites may appear on the Website. They will open in a new browser window or in the same window. The administrator is not responsible for the content provided by these sites. The User is obliged to read the privacy policy or the regulations of these websites.

11. The User provides data voluntarily, however, it is necessary to achieve the purpose or take action related to providing it.

12. The User's personal data is stored and protected with due diligence, in accordance with the Administrator's internal procedures implemented. The Administrator processes information about the User using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable law. These measures are primarily aimed at securing Users' personal data against access by unauthorized persons. In particular, only authorized persons have access to Users' personal data, who are obliged to keep such data secret.

13. The administrator informs that he uses the services of external entities. Entities entrusted with the processing of personal data (companies operating the website, companies offering accounting services) guarantee the use of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law, in particular by the GDPR.

14. The Personal Data Administrator hereby informs that he has not appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector and performs independently the obligations related to the processing of personal data.

15. The User acknowledges that his personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities in connection with their proceedings, at their request and after fulfilling the conditions confirming the necessity of obtaining this data from us.

§4 FORMS

The administrator uses one type of form within the Website:

Contact form - allows you to send a message to the Administrator's employees. The data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order to contact the User.

§5 TECHNOLOGIES

1. The Administrator uses the following technologies to observe actions taken by the User as part of the Website:

1.1. Facebook conversion pixel - to manage Facebook ads and conduct remarketing activities

1.2. Built-in Google Analytics code - to analyze Website statistics. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to analyze the actions and behaviour of Website Users. These files are used to store information, e.g. from which page the User came to the current website. They help improve the Website.

2. In order to use the website www.woodbox.com.pl it is necessary to have:

2.1. A device with access to the Internet

2.2. An active electronic mailbox receiving emails

2.3. A web browser that enables displaying websites.

§6 COOKIES POLICY

1. The site does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular, text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
